With over 20 years of work experience, I am a seasoned technical services specialist with a passion for process improvement, customer satisfaction, and sustainability. I have a strong background in metal, plastic, and glass processing, and I am proficient in various surface treatment, coolant, cleaner, rust inhibitor, lubricant, and waste water treatment processes. I currently work at Chemetall, a global leader in specialty chemicals, where I manage accounts in central and eastern NC territory, and provide technical support and training to customers and operators. In my role at Chemetall, I leverage my technical expertise, management skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure optimal performance and quality of the processes. I also lead onsite training sessions to educate customers and operators on troubleshooting, laboratory tests, equipment maintenance, and process comprehension. Additionally, I collaborate with sales, engineering, and R&D teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and new product developments. Through my efforts, I have helped Chemetall maintain and grow its customer base, increase its revenue, and enhance its reputation in the industry.
