I’ve tackled various challenges throughout my career—from deploying ERP systems across nationwide locations to streamlining IT operations for manufacturing and government sectors. Each role has honed my project management skills and ability to innovate in high-stakes environments, including cloud migration, cybersecurity, and back-end reporting. At Sicame, I lead IT strategy for North America, ensuring smooth operations and integrating new acquisitions while standardizing processes across locations. Beyond my technical expertise, I’m passionate about mentorship and building high -performing teams. I’ve had the opportunity to guide MSPs and develop on-site teams to deliver IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of each business unit. My collaborative approach focuses on creating financially sound, scalable solutions that empower teams and enhance operational agility. In addition to my IT career, I’m a martial arts enthusiast and proud owner of Martial Arts, where I channel my dedication to teaching and continuous improvement.
