Presently, I am working as a Secretary and I report to Director of the Company. I have been working here since May 15. My Job Profile is: Calendar Management: Communications: Prepare draft communications for Director Sort all incoming communications Help MD in internal & external communications Travel Management: Expense Management: Ensure all expense reports are scrutinized before they get approved. Highlight any discrepancies. Contact Management: Maintain outlook contacts of the boss. Work with the team to get all the important contacts collection and update into outlook. Inbox Management: Clear Junk emails, Respond to event invitees after checking with boss and calendar availability. General office management: Remotely manage office which includes coordinating phone calls, managing incoming & outgoing mails, couriers with the help of onshore team. Manage meeting room/ VC, Screening telephone calls, electronic and paper based filing system, take dictation in shorthand, reimbursement settlement, coordination with vertical heads for arranging documents & other important information, catering arrangements for team meetings/ get together (15-25 persons), coordination with HR department for conducting Sr. Level Interviews, receiving VIP Guests and make other necessary arrangements as per their requirement and other routine computer work etc. Total working experience: 11 years
