To acquire a position that provides me the opportunity to bring my technical expertise, problem solving skills and willingness to learn to make an organization successful. • Preparation and updation of PFD, P & ID, Utility Distribution diagram and Basic Equipment layout. • Preparation of Process Data Sheets and Instrument data sheets. • Perform hydraulic calculation such as line sizing, control valve sizing, Pump hydraulics, PSV sizing etc. • Thermal design & Rating of tubular heat exchangers by HTRI. • Technical evaluation of vendor offer and Preparation of comparison sheets • Developing Design and Operating Manual (Startup /Normal and Emergency Shutdown). • Participating in HAZOP study. • Site visit to check plant with latest P & ID’s & witness of process interlocks.
