Together we emerge stronger", this principle has guided my work as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility & Special Projects at Fractal for over 7 years. It embodies our approach to navigating challenges and creating impact. At Fractal, I chair the ESG taskforce, focusing on material priorities in social impact and sustainability. My role involves exploring how AI & Analytics can drive social good, particularly at the intersection of healthcare, behavioural science, AI, and Big Data. Central to Fractal's CSR philosophy, which aligns closely with my personal beliefs, is the conviction that every child has an inherent right to access high-quality basic education. A crucial step in addressing intergenerational poverty. Another key area of focus is studying the effects of women's economic empowerment on family incomes and the broader economy. I’ve observed how such initiatives can benefit entire family units and foster holistic growth. My professional background spans corporate Environmental & Social Governance, Business Development, Liability Insurance, Critical Event Response, and Training & Development. From 2020 to 2022, I led Fractal's Critical Event team, helping our team members and their families navigate the complexities of the global Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, I'm engaged in projects related to net-zero emissions, collaborating with practitioners and industries in the fields of climate science, business, and public policy, and in innovation to arrive at and deliver on climate change opportunities. I'm also passionate about enhancing critical event management capabilities and public healthcare infrastructure. Looking ahead, I aim to continue contributing to these critical areas through thought leadership and practical applications of risk management principles. As I often say in the world of sustainability, every small action counts—let's make each one matter!
