Hi there! My name is Chett and I am a seasoned IT Systems and Hardware Engineer. I am thrilled to bring over 34 years of experience to the incredibly exciting & rapidly diversifying technology Industry, and proudly working for some of the largest organizations in California. In the past, I have been fortunate enough to assist teams with configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, and managing PC, Apple, and network equipment for a law firm consisting of over 50 users. Throughout my time at Jones Hall, I had successfully led client and server infrastructure development, quality assurance, staging, and production systems to name a few. I take pride in my ability to build lasting relationships, and these experiences have all coalesced into a constantly rewarding and flourishing career in the technology sector. I have always been a results-driven performer, and throughout my career, I have generated dynamic and compelling IT solutions for my employers and their partners. I succeed at building, refining, restructuring & reorganizing the user experience, and I attribute these successes to my ability to foster and nurture genuine relationships with real people at every level of the business. These skills took many years of hard work and transferrable-industry insight to build and improve on and has afforded me a unique ability to recognize and develop talent that is integral to every level of the technology industry. I believe the key to providing a tremendous experience to our staff and users begins with developing honest and effective lines of communication across departments and management levels, and above all, appreciating the individual responsible for delivering the experience you work hard to provide. This resonates deeply with me as I am also an honorably discharged Navy Veteran who was extremely proud to serve his country. It has certainly been an amazing journey and I couldn’t be happier to continue to thrive in this exhilarating industry.
