I am a political science student who is passionate about legislation and building strong communities. Through my time at Kean University I have been able to connect with lots of faculty leaders who have similar mindsets to me. During my second year at Kean University I interned at the Lesniak Institute where I was able to learn about grassroots organizations which furthered my love for advocacy. There I was tasked with researching bills and helped them find grants to cover the cost of their many programs. After this I became the President of Kean University’s chapter of the United Nations Association, where I was able to advocate on Capitol Hill to help protect
