Labor, birth and the postpartum period, what a huge impact these events have on a women's life and that of her partners. I know from personal experience this isn't always a positive experience! My goal as an educator is to give my students the most current evidence based information, so they can begin to make decisions on what options best suit them as an individual, an as a couple. So they can go into their deliveries feeling confident, feeling they have a clear voice to advocate their wishes, feeling comfortable making important decisions with their providers during the labor process. My goal is to build confident parents in a relaxed, fun, environment!
