Specialize in networking, building strong sales pipelines, creating & managing capital budgets, managing service contracts, and enforcing safety protocols. Partnering with facility managers and commercial property managers across diverse industries, including government agencies, banks, credit unions, schools, corporate companies, restaurants, industrial facilities, and manufacturing plants. Gaining hands-on experience with facility management tasks such as coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, overseeing vendor relationships, managing repair projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing operational challenges to optimize building performance. Passionate about leveraging expertise to drive efficiency, safety, cost savings, sustainability, and long-term success in facility management operations.
