I am a marketing graduate with a passion for digital innovation and customer satisfaction. I completed a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, while working as an Internet Banking Officer at Republic Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in the Caribbean. In my current role, I perform operational support duties for the Corporate Internet Banking Department, providing efficient customer service, assisting in research of transactions, reviewing and balancing daily reports, and escalating any issues related to online banking. I also have experience in product testing and marketing, having worked as a Clerical Assistant and a Marketing Assistant at Republic Bank. I have contributed to the development and launch of the first digital wallet in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as the marketing campaign for one of the biggest artistic showcases in the country. I have acquired skills in advertising campaigns, communication, and problem solving, and I am eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. I value teamwork, creativity, and excellence, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization.
