About Cheyenne Siuba

I bring 10 years of frontline experience at Bayer Chemical Plant and a master’s in Industrial Engineering — a combination that lets me bridge operations and optimization with credibility and impact. My focus is simple: improve reliability, reduce downtime, and make industrial systems safer and more efficient. At Bayer, I’ve: Led process improvements in batch filtration and reactor systems, reducing downtime and improving throughput Conducted survival analysis and MTBF studies to support a seal system upgrade that projected ROI of $117K in cost savings within the first 7 months with continuous savings Rewrote OSHA- and ANSI-compliant safety procedures for PPE, noise protection, and management of change Supported internal audits and safety review teams, driving plant-wide improvements in risk control and compliance I’m now ready to step into a full-time role in reliability engineering, process optimization, or industrial safety, where I can deliver results with both boots-on-the-ground insight and data-backed strategy. If you're looking for someone who knows the plant, speaks the numbers, and drives continuous improvement — let’s connect.
