About Cheyenne Tasher

After a developing a Capstone project that brought light to a growing problem of obesity rates and uneducated eating within the community with 5 of my peers, we were able to receive an ASU funded grant and along with media coverage and recognition. After being able to establish several relations within the community and professional field, I developed an interest with mass communications. Being proactive in any situation is something I value along with being able to take initiative. Analyzing all situations and addressing them accordingly creates more beneficial solutions, something I enjoy doing; that is where my interest of acquiring a degree in Civil Sustainable Engineering comes in. All these skills and interest were learned in the years of being a student, an athlete, an aspiring entrepreneur, and a hard worker. Being able to gain experience period is always a opportunity to better my status and personal abilities in the professional field, and a step I am always willing to take despite how challenging it may come across.
