I take great joy in problem-solving to empower people and improve efficiency. I am an adaptable learner, which allows me to bring routinely high performance. I am experienced in Customer Service, Training and Management, Higher Ed, and Church Ministry, especially youth. I have been commended for great citizenship, and customer service, and can bring a team together to work towards a goal. I value efficiency and streamlining systems so that they produce excellence and include preventative against common pitfalls. I couple this value with a value for seeing people with openness, humility, and understanding with particular attentiveness to their needs desires, and goals to find where they best intersect with the goals of success for the team. This approach often leads to me serving as the voice of reason and empathy for others and is a large contributor to my success in transforming two departments from being one of the bottom in-chain performers to consistently ranking in the top. It has also allowed me to form great relationships with clients, customers, students, and team members. I am thrilled about life and excited about the new people I will meet. I love learning and seek every opportunity and new skill I develop to make the world a bit more just, sensible, and caring.
