About Chhavi Chhibber

I build and scale knowledge and enablement organizations that operate across geographies, cultures and leadership layers.Over the last 12+ years, I’ve designed and led high-impact knowledge and consulting support functions within a global consulting environment — building operating models, developing leadership bench strength, and enabling teams to translate strategy into execution at scale. My work sits at the intersection of organizational design, leadership development, and knowledge strategy. I’ve led multi-geo teams, managed senior leaders, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality and long-term capability building.Outside of work, I’m currently enjoying immersing myself in Mexican culture and actively learning Spanish — experiences that continue to shape how I think about growth, inclusion and building connections across cultures.
