About Chiara Bartoletti

I am the Chief Operating Officer and a Board Director at Eightstone, a MAS-licensed wealth management firm in Singapore. Over the past decade, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, governance, and people, overseeing operations and HR, guiding regulatory relationships, and shaping fund structures across Luxembourg, Singapore, and Cayman. My work is about building frameworks that allow complexity to be managed with clarity. Whether designing governance processes, setting up a new fund vehicle, or partnering with our CFO on budgets and reporting, I focus on making systems that support growth without losing sight of people and purpose. As part of the Management Team, I report monthly to our holding board and sit on several boards myself, contributing to both oversight and long-term planning. Beyond my role at Eightstone, I served six years on the Committee of the Association of Independent Wealth Managers (AIWM) in Singapore, leading regulatory and outreach initiatives. This meant engaging with MAS, shaping industry discussions, and creating practical resources for independent managers navigating change. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, with a rusty working knowledge of German and Spanish, I bring an international perspective and a collaborative approach. I believe good governance is not just about compliance but about enabling trust, resilience and sustainable growth.
