I’m an experienced retail professional with a strong background in leadership, team management, and sales within the fashion industry. Over the past 9 years, I’ve built a well-rounded skill set — from managing departments and driving sales to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Hiring and People Manager, I’m passionate about finding great talent, helping people grow in their roles, and creating a positive team culture where everyone feels motivated and supported to do their best work. Currently, I hold the position of Department Manager at ARKET, where I oversee the Womenswear and Home-Department, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless customer experience for my Departments. In my role, I am responsible for leading and motivating a dynamic team, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence. In addition to my departmental responsibilities, I serve as the hiring manager for the Sales Advisor and Café Team, leading recruitment processes and helping to build strong, customer-oriented teams across the store. Before stepping into my current role, I gained valuable experience as a Department Manager at & Other Stories, further refining my leadership abilities and operational knowledge. My journey at & Other Stories began as a Sales Advisor, where I learned the importance of customer engagement and sales strategies. Over time, I was entrusted with greater responsibilities, becoming a Keyholder and taking on more leadership duties as a Department Manager Trainee. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am passionate about fostering a positive and productive workplace. My strengths include team leadership, problem-solving, customer-centric sales strategies, and operational management. I am driven by the desire to continuously improve and take on new challenges, both for personal growth and for the success of the teams I lead.
