About Chiara Casati

I am a down-to-earth, Auckland-based interior designer with over 15 years’ experience crafting both commercial and residential spaces that seamlessly blend form and function. I see each project as a true partnership – from our first cuppa to the final walkthrough – managing budgets, timelines and material choices with a keen eye for detail. I love collaborating with clients, hearing their stories and turning ideas into practical, beautiful spaces. Having worked across New Zealand and Italy, I am well versed in local and international building codes and project-management best practices. I’m always on the hunt for the latest trends and digital design tools to keep my work fresh and forward-thinking. Fluent in English and Italian, and with advanced French, I am comfortable communicating across cultures to ensure every project feels truly tailored. In my spare time you can find me nose-deep in a good book, busting a move on the dance floor or planning my next overseas adventure. I love travelling – it is my biggest source of inspiration for fresh ideas and new perspectives in design.
