About Chiara Coluzzi

With consolidated experience in investment banking, and with entrepreneurial knowledge, I am passionate about leading strategic equity initiatives to drive growth and maximize value for corporates and investors. As Investment Banking & Strategic Equity Director, I leverage my expertise in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, client relationships, and business development to execute successful transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, fundraising, buy-side and sell-side M&A. In my current role, I manage listing projects from sourcing and developing profitable business relationships with potential clients/CxO and new investors, driving the IPO process, and leading diverse stakeholder groups. I am responsible for creating the equity story/selling points, optimizing the capital structure, organizing IPO roadshows and investor meetings for publicly listed companies in Italy and Europe, leading the book-building and strategic allocation on the equity capital market side, and strengthening relationships with existing and potential investors. My most important/mostly used skills in my job are client relationship management, investor relations, strategic thinking, I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders, learning from different perspectives, with a practical approach to problem-solving, and client/investor oriented. Curious and able to relate to different audiences with a collaborative and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
