About Chiara Dalponte

I have extensive career experience in a variety of workplaces and industries ranging from hospitality, administration, patience transport and mining (both surface and underground). I am a positive, resilient, and quick learner who can adapt easily to new work environments. Throughout my career I have developed good organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work with diverse cultures and people, while maintaining safety as a core value. I enjoy hands on work, challenging situations, and a fast-paced work environment. I am currently employed full time with Westgold Resources Limited as an OHS Administrator supporting all facets of site access, medical clearances and OHS reporting at 2 sites. I also collaborate with site based ESO’s to gain exposure to medical/emergency treatment and ERT training. I am passionate about a career as an ESO / Medic and to enhance my future opportunities and skills in Medical Care, I work casually during my RnR with Wilson Medic One as a patience transport officer and ive recently completed my Diploma in Emergency Health Care. I have also recently commenced my Certificate in Mines Emergency Response and Rescue qualification. I will continue building my medical / emergency services skills and become an ESO / Medic, with my goal being to focus on emergency care and rescue in remote areas.
