About Chiara Ferruzza

I am a Project Manager with several years of experience in global projects in different areas in terms of processes and technologies. The main goal of all projects has always been to digitalize processes in order to optimize activities, reduce time, improve quality with a dedicated focus on the importance of data tracking as a source for key factors of the continuous improvement of the business managed. I followed the complete journey of the projects : from requirement definition till final release including tools testing, training, communications toward external and internal stakeholders and post go-live support. The main challenges have been the volumes of people involved (around internal and external stakeholders from all the world) and design the best compromise to meet all different needs driving the change management of the process itself maintaining timeline and budget. Main technology used in my career : Excel, power point, Access, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Sharepoint, SAP, QlikSense, Cognos.
