Hard Skills in Project Management:At first the Project manager is responsible for the programme, technical and costing aspects of the bid on behalf of the Executing Entity. During the bidding phase, makes use of the business tool of bid management.After the appointment as Project and Business Manager at the start of the project, becomes responsible for project planning (internal effort and external costs) and programming all the project activities with all the stakeholder involved in the project.During all the project life cycle, monitors and controls the organization of available human resources, the distribution of resources on activities and the performance of the project using the planning Tool Oracle PRIMAVERA P6.At the same time, is responsible for applying the principles of enterprise risk management into all project activities: identifies and documents potential risk and opportunity; assess the risk and opportunity is applicable to quantifiable or non-quantifiable risks and opportunities; sets risk response and monitors the actions and create reports based on Risk register and Top 10 risks.Finally for items subjected to government control, the Project Manager becomes an Export Control Facilitator in order to support the Import-Export Business Area.Soft Skills in Project Management:It organise efficiently and effectively the human resources at its disposal facilitating group dynamics and supporting every resource in its personal growth. Promotes communication and collaboration of the project team and brings in all the tools and skills of problem solving.Finally encourages the team to stay focused on perfecting the project.
