I graduated in December 2022 in HR and Organizational Psychology and I gained almost two years of experience in the Talent attraction field in two Italian multinational companies. I'm a determined, precise and organized person who is sensitive and empathetic and prone to teamwork. I'm passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition, because I strongly believe in finding the perfect match between candidates and companies. I deeply care about talent management and people development; I believe that initiatives and projects to create the best career path for every employee are the basis for fostering talent retention within an organization. In my free time I love going to the gym as well as spending time outdoors, hiking in the mountains, listening to music of all genres and organizing trips to get to know different people and cultures.
