About Chiara Pasinetti

I am a proactive and well-organized team player strongly focused on the achievement of goals. Excellent communication and problem solving capabilities. I also like working in a multilingual environment with foreign teams. I am a Professional Counselor, supporting people by encouraging everyone's strengths and ability to decide and determine his/her own life direction. I believe in Counseling as a way to offer people a space to be listened, explore difficulties related to their evolution processes, reinforcing motivation to overcome anachronistic behaviors and promoting a stable change in their personal or professional life. I am attending a Coach school to integrate also these competencies in my personal experience and make it work in synergy with my Counseling attitudes. I am keen to go deeper any topic that has to do with personal wellness, improvement of human's quality of life, and create a material impact for a sustainable change.
