Management Engineer with a determined and ambitious personality and a strong motivation and desire to learn and grow professionally. After an internship, I currently hold the role of project and production planner in an automated machine manufacturing company. I learn quickly and I am able to take care of the assigned tasks with commitment, precision and resoluteness, acting in compliance with the feedback and recommendations of colleagues and superiors with a view to continuous personal and professional improvement. My work experience is allowing me to develop organizational skills of flexibility, problem-solving, activity management and time management for meeting deadlines and pre-established requirements. I have a strong aptitude for teamwork and excellent listening and communication skills, thanks to group projects developed in the university environment and work experience. Factors that I consider essential to build a relationship of trust between people in order to be able to work in an environment of cooperation and collaboration.
