About Chiara Ragusa

I am a 23-year-old Tourism student at IULM University, Milan. My passion for this industry began when I was a traveller, having the eyes of a kid who wants to discover the world. I studied languages in high-school to communicate to as many people as I could, with the wonder of seeing how different their expectations can be. During my bachelor in Tourism Management I developed this latter interest, getting more convinced that working with travelers' needs and their satisfaction would become my future goal. Even though I have basically no professional experience in this sector, I truly desire to learn every day something more, also putting into practice what I have studied in theory until now. I miss the practical aspect of this sector, which is something that can't be taught in school. I feel ready to start gaining experiences and knowledge from them, putting all my effort in what I will be asked to do. Having the chance to explore what's out there is a true privilege, and I know it will be my job to make this experience unforgettable.
