Chidinma is a professional of many parts. My key skills are Human Resources Management; Policy development, review, and implementation, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Training organization and deployment, Recruitment, HR Metrics, and analytics, Organisational Culture, Employee relations, Change Management, Team building, Project Management, Business Acumen, and Corporate Communication, Training, and Team bonding sessions facilitation. I'm a Graduate of Psychology who started my career with a short stint in Advertising as a Copywriter. I joined Honeywell Group as a Management Trainee in 2014 and gained experience across the different Operating Companies in the Honeywell Group, working and learning in different capacities from Sales, Production, Internal Audit, and Finance. Following this, I started my career in HR as an HR Analyst working with the Honeywell Group HR team to provide strategic HR support to the Honeywell Group Corporate Office and its Operating Companies. I joined Honeywell Flour Mills Plc in 2019 as an HR Business Partner for the Ikeja factory where I drove the implementation and delivery of strategic HR initiatives in the business units, which are aligned with and support the organization's objectives and are aimed at enabling the development/deepening of employee capabilities and improving overall engagement and productivity. I joined Emel Corporate Solutions in 2022 as the Head of People & Culture; to set up and execute an end-to-end people strategy that will drive an improvement in the organization’s capabilities through an effective performance management system, evolve leadership and culture, and achieve high engagement and productivity. I'm an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (ACIPM), and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources-international (SPHRi) from the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI). I have a BSc in Psychology from EBSU and an MBA from Nexford University. I'm a trainer and facilitator; who has developed and deployed various learning and engagement sessions in my organization and professional association. I am also a Creative Writer and Content Creator; I share my thoughts on my blog and social media and have contributed to leading lifestyle blogs. I love God, children, making money, and shopping (can do it for a living). My philosophy is to Always Strive for the Be the Best, living each moment to the fullest.
