About Chiedu Hing

I help financial services professionals take a step back from the fire-fighting and think clearly about their key challenges, working with a neutral thinking partner. As a member of the International Coach Federation, I bring a breadth of skill and commitment to that partnership. Together we cut through the confusion, manage the voices of doubt and set a path forward. I help people to raise self-awareness by being their mirror in noticing what they cannot see about themselves. Having worked extensively as a risk and compliance professional in the financial services sector for almost two decades, I also bring a wealth of industry knowledge and insight, enabling me to fully understand the individual and organisational demands facing professionals on a daily basis. I also provide a range of workplace wellbeing services to help employees thrive, including the implementation of effective strategies to improve productivity and provide a positive workplace culture, in addition to nutrition consultations, health coaching, mindfulness sessions and workshops. As an experienced trainer and guest speaker, I love to educate and bring fresh perspectives that inspire positive behavioural change through topics like nutrition, lifestyle & stress management; how to avoid burnout in the fast lane; and how to achieve more with a success mindset.
