I’ve held senior leadership roles, scaling design and creative teams from 5 to 185 members across 11 countries in just four years. My work has supported two successful IPOs, shaping creative direction, brand storylines, and investor messaging — while collaborating directly with C-level executives and shareholders. I thrive at the intersection of creativity and strategy — blending right-brain innovation with left-brain analytical thinking to deliver measurable ROI. I’m passionate about pushing boundaries with emerging technologies to create holistic, human-centered brand experiences. Curiosity drives me. I actively engage with the global design and product community, staying ahead of trends — especially in the evolving landscape of AI and creative automation. My recent deep dive into Permaculture design reinforced my philosophy of building systems that are interconnected, multi-purpose, and resilient — principles that apply equally to great products and great teams.
