About Chihiro Soeda

After graduating the university, I joined Japanese Agricultural company in Human recourses and General affairs and I was responsible for the payroll, compensations and benefits. After that, I entered a one of bio venture company in Japan, named Healios, Then, I experienced broad HR field especially labor management and recruitment over 8 years. Regarding labor management, of course I operated monthly and annual labor tasks, including the payroll, benefits, compensation and data management, in addition, introduced a proper attendance record system for the company and various electronic application system in anticipation of further operational efficiency. Regarding recruitment field, I planed and operated entire recruitment process with cooperating with hire managers, and I achieved to hire nearly 40 employees within a financial year. Summary-Broad HR experience covering recruiting, labor law, employee relation, compensation and benefits, and organizational development for around 10 years-Took a leading role in implementation of foundation for HR function, including, creating a working environment that complies with laws and regulations, improvement, recruiting human resources who can play an active role and communication-Experience of launching US subsidiaries and payroll task, hiring foreign internship students and foreign employees, on-boarding support for them and follow-up after joining the company.
