About Chikara Naito

Consulting Professional & E-commerce Specialist] With nearly 8 years of experience, including a consulting tenure at Deloitte, I am currently a Senior Business Consultant at Mirakl Japan. I specialize in the development and operation of multiple e-commerce platforms, delivering tailored solutions to clients across various industries. My strengths include new business creation and customer experience design.[Cross-cultural Mindset & Startup Leadership] As an early member of Mirakl Japan, I have played a key role in building and expanding the Japanese subsidiary of a leading French unicorn. My hands-on experience in European startups has shaped a leadership style that values cross-cultural collaboration and innovation.[Music & Creative Arts Enthusiast] Previously, I founded "withTone," a music-tech startup in Barcelona, where I served as CEO in its early stages. While my main focus is now consulting and e-commerce, music remains a central passion. With over 15 years as a drummer and several albums on platforms like Spotify, I continue to explore sound art and creative projects with the same dedication I apply to my professional work.
