I'm delighted to write and share that My 21 years of experience in various marketing roles in only agriculture input such as irrigation, fertilizer, Micro nutrients which have made me well-prepared to take on the position of Regional Manager. My ability to lead large teams and experience of Micro irrigation, Agronomy practices will keep key initiatives on track with big irrigation and agronomy project management. I began my marketing career as a Sales engineer at the Epc Industries presently known as Epc Mahendra and Modern Irrigation this position helped me develop my marketing skills, such as perfect drip designs, communication skill with farmers, and social media management. This role also allowed me to collaborate often with field experts, creating my interest in technology and fostering a desire to learn more. As a result, I pursued a Asst. manager sales position with Plastro Plasson Industries India Ltd. presently known as Finolex Plasson industries India Ltd. My primary objective was developing and implementing integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer understanding because I was posted in area where we started sale from zero. During my time with Plastro Plasson Industries India Ltd, I advanced to Area Manager Role, allowing me to lead a small team of marketing associates as I did some projects with GMR Bengaluru and RDT Anantapur other than APMIP Projects. After this I got chance to work with Premier Irrigation Adritech Pvt. Ltd. For less than one year because I got offer from Lokmangal Biotech Pvt Ltd. to work as Regional Manager to lead big team of three states. I got detailed knowledge of agronomy practices which made complete package to serve in agriculture field. Then I serve as Marketing Manager (India) in Nirman fertilizer Pvt. Ltd and General Manager marketing (Agri) in Kurral mines Minerals resources Pvt Ltd. Which was my last company on role but in pandemic period of Covid company wind up their work from North and concentrated on only south. Presently I am educating farmers and FPO'S to generate revenues through extension work and working as Regional Manager (central India) in Avadh Agro tech but still I am searching good opportunity in renowned organization where I want to connect directly with farmers.
