I have diverse credentials, which combines both tactical leadership and organizational change management with human resources expertise. My life's work is about helping people and organizations achieve greatness through applying a structured change management approach and methodology to the people-side of change; helping individuals and teams (both Project and Business) move from a current state to a desired future state. With my experience in organizational change management and organizational development, I have actively identified potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance; developed specific plans to mitigate/ address the concerns. I am result driven and have the proven ability to motivate team to reach desired individual and specific organization objectives; providing impeccable customer service and creating an atmosphere of exceptional employee morale.
