About Chiloquin e Shelton

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer service, the military and human resources from the fast food industry to real estate and recently the federal government; I have held various positions within the job market. I did not mention in my resume my work experience prior to due to the fact that they were in the fast food industry and vary by companies. I have no desire to pursue a career in the fast food industry however, I did learn a great deal about workplace diversity, customer service and multitasking. Additionally, I have also gained experience that ranges from job analysis, personnel actions to position management and benefits. I have a B.B.A with a minor in marketing from Baker College with a 3.29 GPA. I completed my M.B.A. July 2013 with a 3.29 GPA. Coincidentally, I have the same GPA for both degrees, so I am assuming that this is truly what I was meant to receive. I have yet to pursue a major with my MBA because I feel that I should wait and see where my career path takes me. Education is not cheap. My professional goal is to work for an organization that focuses on opportunity for growth, innovation, education and bettering the lives of our future generations by ensuring the workplace is a place to growth and opportunity for all.
