Always keen to collect analyse data based on metrics to improve the team functioning. Leading the team towards the bigger organisation goals by understanding and translating it to a language relevant to the team. With this also bringing to the table solid experience of Software Development Life Cycle, starting form Development till Execution, which help me understand and contribute on the technical aspects. In the past 7+ years of experience, evolved through multiple roles form Developer, Requirement Analyst, Scrum Master, Team Lead, Tech Lead etc. Proficient in SAFe Agile, Scrum, Agile Ceremonies.Net.Net Core, SQL, Azure, Azure DevOps.
