As an accomplished retail professional with over 12 years of experience I have worked across four different formats in multiple categories including food-groceries electronics smartphones and optical. My experience has given me extensive exposure to e-commerce warehouse management inventory and material management logistics-supply chain commercial and cash management after-sales service category management governance and platform integration. Currently I am the Regional Warehouse Manager for Big Basket a TATA Enterprise in Kolkata West Bengal where I am responsible for handling the complete warehouse operation for the East region. My key responsibilities include managing more than 40 000 SKUs with a stock value of more than 25 Crore/Day supplying to four different vertical operations as BB NOW BB Daily B2B & HORECA Business and managing a huge manpower of more than 1 000 employees. I have successfully established performance metrics related to supply operation design quality and distribution of products. Additionally I have controlled inventory levels by overseeing cycle counts and worked with outside audit teams on physical counts. I have also maintained the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts. In my current role I have achieved highest ever sales throughput of 55 Crore in a month (Jan'21) achieved pan-India highest order per day from a single DC as (13K/Day) controlled the overall attrition to 2% only per month and achieved the highest ever fill-rate of more than 99.85% in a month with an inventory accuracy of more than 95% in all categories. Prior to my current assignment I worked as Manager Inventory Controller for Jio Points Store National Operations Reliance Jio Corporate Mumbai MH where I was responsible for handling complete inventory-cash management and governance-process integration nationally for more than 6 500 Jio Point stores (rural small format). My key responsibilities included providing SAP support to the end user for smooth operation last mile delivery along with the supply chain process to the rural stores handling complete operations and processes w.r.t. inbound outbound inventory management PI process reverse logistics and scrap disposal. I also identified new opportunities for business process improvement in terms of resource efficiency risk controls and customer experience. In this role I developed end-to-end processes for store operation in SAP and handled 100 Crores of inventory movement across Pan India to 6675 stores.
