Worked on various projects regarding wind turbine production and operation. Also worked on EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) projects. Heater & Module - Material inspection, inspections of Visual & dimensional inspections as per reference drawings, customer specifications & Code,Preparation of QAP(Heater), Procedures( Positive material identification, dye penetrant test painting) Weld Map, Weld Plan,) NDT like( Ferrite, Hardness, UT, RT, DPT,MPT,PMI)Anchor marking,bend & hammer test inspection Review of all applicable drawings, project specification and applicable code/standard requirements & prepare quality control plan and obtain customer / client approval for their Hold.Witness or surveillance check points. Review all applicable documents (GAD Drawings,ITP,NDT Procedure, other Procedure.MR & PR) Handling of ITP (Third party inspection) according to related ITP clause. Preparing and maintain inspection documents. Apart from above inspection I am little bit involved in welding inspection. Preparing and review WPS, PQR and WPQ in accordance with ASME section IX. Stage wise fabrication inspection like material verification. Pressure parts fit-up, Non pressure parts Fit- up, welding visual inspection, Nozzle set up, Weld visual, Dised end Inspection. Cut out marking. All set up as per drawing, final dimension, Pneumatic Test, Hydro Test, Draining and Drying, Name plate verification, Painting Pickling & Passivation, Dispatch Inspection. For NDE’s Practice of reviewing RT films.UT thickness measurement, LPT test and visual check during shop floor inspection. Preparing documentation of Raw material identification report with review of material test certificate as per code and project requirement. Inspection of incoming Raw material and review of material test certificate with respect to purchase order/client specification. Taking care of all QA/QC documents as per client Specification/Codes/standard and preparing all quality related documents. Responsible for identifying nonconformity if any during various stage of inspection and disposition of the same Preparation & submission of final documents (Dossier/MDR) as per client requirement.
