As a seasoned administrative professional with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in alleviating these pressures. My background as Chief of Staff, Technical Assistant, and HR Officer has equipped me with the skills to provide unparalleled support to C-suite executives, enabling them to focus on what they do best—leading, making decisions and innovating. At the Nigeria Governors' Forum, I served as the Chief of Staff to the Director General, optimizing operational frameworks, managing a wide spectrum of stakeholders and cross-functional teams and aligning goals with the organization’s vision. Through fostering valuable partnerships with global institutions such as the World Bank, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations etc, I ensured our initiatives had a far-reaching impact. My strategic approach to problem-solving and my ability to drive positive change during periods of transition were pivotal to our success. In my role as Technical Assistant, I handled complex schedules and correspondence, coordinated high-stakes projects, and adopted an effective issues management approach thereby ensuring seamless operations of the executive’s office. My efforts enabled the executives to focus on strategic decision-making, knowing that operational details were expertly managed. Furthermore, my role as an Admin. and Human Resource Officer allowed me to streamline HR processes ensuring compliance with labor laws and also enhancing operational efficiency.
