Learning from so many talented leaders during my formative years has given me an automatic advantage with each challenge. When I am filming a special event, I am not only the camera operator but I also direct, manage and maintain the entire event. A key to the success of the event is not always ensuring all formalities are followed or time lines are kept to the minute, each event needs constant evaluation to determine how to make it a success. I thrive at each event when it is my turn to achieve the desired outcome and bring the overall stress level of the event down.
