As a geophysical and exploration advisor, I am looking to incorporate my expertise in both technological and management aspects to assist a company evaluate new acreage, asset farm-in or M&A opportunities, and evaluate development and near-field exploration on conventional assets, both domestic and international. I have a proven track record of working both independently and within multi-functional teams to develop prospects, discover new reserves and find additional value in existing plays, and my background in 2D and 3D interpretation, processing, acquisition, and reservoir characterization have provided the foundation to bring new perspective and solutions to existing problems. • Worked with geologist to interpret seismic and develop prospect, and to drill offshore West Africa exploration well targeting 500 MMBO oil. • Assisted with partner communication, reprocessing of 2D and 3D seismic data over North Africa prospect pre-drill. • Helped to design onshore 2D seismic acquisition in Tunisia in difficult operating conditions; worked with project lead, EHS, legal, security, and contractors to complete project safely and within budget; designed marketing strategy with outside advisor and presented farm-in opportunity to outside companies to join in acquisition program. • Oversaw efforts to reprocess multiple 3D surveys on offshore Morocco license to fully evaluate exploration potential, lower risk, and enhance partnering potential; designed marketing strategy with outside advisor, and presented virtually to 15 companies with goal to secure significant farm-in interests to drill and evaluate license. • Served as part of three-member team to secure two leveraged partners on offshore Australia exploration well targeting 5 TCF recoverable reserves with $65M budget-involved in-person marketing efforts in several different countries. Acted as key member of technical team to drill first deepwater exploration well on continent on budget and on time, after working with contractor to design and shoot offshore 3D seismic survey to lower risk. • Worked with company's Romania office to drill and evaluate two exploration wells over last three years; helped to properly risk and select final prospect locations for drilling efforts. • Received Special Recognition Award for increasing field production 100% after successful 5/5 drilling program in Eugene Island. Championed first use of shallow hazard seismic in Lafayette office to delineate shallow reservoir size; saved $3M by canceling well plan.
