I have led P & Ls up to $300M+ in revenue and kicked off my career as a Senior Finance Leader at PepsiCo where I devised financial strategy to stand up the “Chilled Distribution Network” which ultimately distributed top brands like “Tropicana and “Naked” smoothies. I then continued as Director of Supply Chain Finance & Controller at Cott Beverages where I headed FP & A for 15 North American manufacturing facilities in Canada and the United States – then to Division CFO at Masonite International where I was the top finance executive who led North American Finance Strategy for $300M Architectural Business Segment with business segments across Canada, U.S, and Central America. With a passion for financial transformation and profitability enhancement, I have worked to deliver the following career highlights: Co-Championed revenue growth of 12% YoY at GA Foods from 2020 to 2022 through competitive analysis, price increases, and CPI increases into brand-name customers including Aetna Health, Cigna, Wellcare. Successfully exited GA Foods via a private equity transaction to Warburg Pincus, a leading, global private equity partner with $86B in Assets Under Management (AUM). Co-Executed 3 acquisitions at Masonite valued at $50M and headed post-acquisition integration of financial systems and processes in to Architectural Business Segment. Facilitated SAP Implementation across 15 North American manufacturing plants at Cott Beverages, including business process design, training program development, and transition plan and timeline.
