Admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1987, Chip's practice has focused on civil and criminal litigation. Caldwell – Lead counsel in federal habeas corpus suit for state criminal defendant accused of second degree murder - obtained district court ruling granting writ on Double Jeopardy grounds • Molden v.
