I am a highly driven networking professional with over 25 years experience in Sales and Sales Team Management in the private sector; as well as Major Gift Cultivation and Lead Generation in the non profit sector. I have hired, trained and coached teams of sales leaders over a 10 state territory. I am a team player and team leader with a proven ability to effectively communicate with decision-makers and associates, balance multiple tasks, and develop successful relationships with customers. I have long term experience with Salesforce and other proprietary CRM software. In the non profit sector my role has also included all strategies and activities for donor cultivation, major gift solicitation, and public relations. I am a seasoned fundraising professional with expertise in lead generation, major gift cultivation, and donor relations. During my tenure with Cru, I generated over $2.5 million in occupational revenue over my 18 year career. I am a Global Leader and have an extensive network in the US and abroad. At each location I saw an increase in volunteer engagement of 200% at each location. I am also directly responsible for significant increases in member activation and engagement, growing the member base by 500% from 2004 - 2014. I was able to plan and execute programs, events, and campaigns to drive member acquisition and retention. In addition, I have completed Cru's professional public speaker training program and I regularly deliver keynote talks, speeches, sales team coaching, and fundraising appeals to a wide variety of audiences.
