My current position has me reporting directly to the President of BOST, working directly with senior executive peers, while having multiple manager level leaders reporting to me directly. Executive collaboration – Developing and implementing company strategic vision while making financially sound business decisions. Operational teams –Leading 8 operational teams – Production Control / Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Facilities / Maintenance, Logistics, Shipping / Receiving, Safety and Quality. Communication – Excellent ability to influence and communicate across all departments and work with the leaders of other departments such as the CEO, CFO, President, Vice President of Business Development, Director of Engineering. My career at OST has a strong focus on developing leadership and cross functional teams, managing Continuous Improvement projects. with a strong focus on process control utilizing Six sigma and Toyota Production System methodologies. One of my key strengths is the ability to form strong collaborative relationships for the purpose of creating a results oriented, sustaining and successful business by developing process stabilization, velocity and agility, keeping a customer focus central.
