Safety driven and certified in HMR DOT 49 CFR parts 106, 107, 110, 130, 171-180, 209, and 397, as well as OSHA 29 CFR 1910. 14 years professional structural welding and fit-up experience in shop and field. 8 years military service, 4 Army National Guard and 4 Active Army at Ft. Hood, TX with 1 tour of duty during Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm.
