About Chipo Chilengwe

As a Battery Engineer at Eride Africa, I successfully led the assembly of lithium-ion battery systems that support clean electric mobility and contribute to reducing carbon emissions in Zambia. This hands-on experience has fueled my passion for renewable energy and sustainable technology solutions. I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and am a proud member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ). I’m also expanding my skills through the ALX Virtual Assistant program, gaining digital and remote work capabilities that complement my technical expertise. Additionally, I’ve completed training in solar mini-grid systems, deepening my understanding of electrification and clean energy access. My key skills include battery technology, renewable energy systems, electrical engineering fundamentals, project coordination, and virtual assistance. I am actively seeking graduate trainee roles, entry-level positions in renewable energy or electrical engineering, as well as virtual assistant roles where I can contribute my skills, learn, and grow professionally.
