About Chirag Redij

Native Android Developer | Jetpack Compose Enthusiast | Expanding into iOS & KMP | Full-Stack Roots | Game Dev Explorer Hi, I'm Chirag — a passionate and impact-driven Mobile Developer with 1.5+ years of experience building modern, scalable Android applications. I specialize in delivering seamless, high-performance UIs using Jetpack Compose, and I’m now expanding my expertise into iOS development with SwiftUI and Compose Multiplatform to build for both platforms efficiently. What I Bring to the Table: Developed 3 full-scale Android apps from scratch using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, following clean architecture and best practices. Led over 11 legacy app revamps, introducing modern UI, enhanced performance, and feature upgrades while ensuring alignment with evolving Android standards. Implemented full-stack backends with KTOR, Firebase, and Supabase for robust, scalable, real-time functionality. Proficient in Room DB, Realm DB, Koin, and Dagger Hilt with experience in modular architecture and dependency injection. Background in MERN stack development, adding a full-stack perspective and backend understanding to mobile-first solutions. Platform Expansion: Currently transitioning into native iOS development using SwiftUI and exploring Compose Multiplatform (KMP) to unify codebases while maintaining native performance and feel across Android and iOS. Creative Roots in Gaming: My early experience with Unity game development taught me the value of immersive experiences, which I now apply to mobile UI/UX to create apps that truly engage users. Always Learning, Always Building: I’m driven by curiosity and thrive in fast-paced environments. Whether it’s diving into platform-native patterns or learning cross-platform strategies, I’m constantly leveling up.
