With a career spanning large-scale and complex projects across Thermal Power Plants, Solar PV Projects, and diverse industrial sectors including Petrochemicals, Chlor-Alkali, and Bulk Drugs, Mr. Gor has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver sustainable solutions, drive growth, and achieve technical excellence. An Instrumentation Engineer from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Mr. Gor is also a Certified Energy Auditor accredited by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Government of India, and holds an MBA in Finance from IGNOU. His diverse qualifications and strategic vision enable him to seamlessly integrate energy systems with sound financial management. Renowned for his technical acumen and results-oriented leadership, Mr. Gor is an expert in Electrical and Instrumentation domains, specializing in the execution of high-voltage AIS and GIS Substations (110 KV, 132 KV, and 66 KV), Solar PV AC/DC systems, and advanced automation technologies such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). His proficiency extends to deploying state-of-the-art platforms like Invensys DCS, ABB 800xA, Yokogawa DCS, and ABB PLC, alongside commissioning HT/LT Panels, UPS systems, Battery Banks, and innovative lighting solutions such as high-mast systems. Mr. Gor’s comprehensive expertise also encompasses procurement, tendering, budgeting, SAP systems, and interdepartmental coordination, with a strong emphasis on ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS standards implementation.
