About Chisom Nwaokwu

Hi, I’m Chisom.Five years ago, I was just starting out, inexperienced, and figuring out how to build and develop myself, and this was during a global pandemic. What I didn’t know in skills, I made up for in curiosity and grit. That curiosity led me to web development and admin support roles that opened the door to the path I’m on today.Since then, I’ve grown into the role of an Executive Administrative Assistant - the kind who makes life easier for busy people like you: founders, executives, and small business owners. My work has taken me from supporting NGOs to IT firms, helping them stay organized, keep operations smooth, and focus on growth without drowning in admin tasks.Over time, I’ve managed to maintain a 95% success rate; whether it’s helping executives hit inbox zero, replying to customer inquiries within minutes, troubleshooting a hacked WordPress site or confidently handling client communications and operations. I take pride in being the reliable partner teams can count on to deliver. Here’s where I can step in for you: Inbox, travel & calendar management Website design, troubleshooting & management (WordPress, Shopify) E-commerce support Customer support Lead generation & social media management Operations assistance & Airbnb co-hostingIf you’re looking for someone who brings both structure and heart to the table - someone who doesn’t just “do tasks” but actually creates breathing space - I’d love to this sounds like something you’d like, send me a DM today. Let’s discuss how I can support you and make things easier.
