Key Responsibilities: • Help Senior Manager in supervising day-to-day CRM operations to deliver monthly and on the spot reports • Provide leadership to Team Supervisors to achieve sales goals, meet set KPIs, and address customer's concern on time • Supervise the completion of CRM-specific projects and ensure these projects are on time, on budget, and within the scope • Collaborate with brand leaders in designing marketing journeys, strategic communication for CRM, and loyalty strategy to improve conversion and retention of customers • Lead data collection and gather insights concerning programs and the business as a whole • Participate in the formulation of the CRM strategic plan • Aide in determining the scope of support necessary from other organizational departments such as Marketing and affiliate agencies to support CRM programs
