Successfully rose to the challenge of pre-announcements of the company results within a very tight range where the primary focus was on the revenue numbers. This happened three separate times within a year with an intense pressure and accuracy expectations at Meru Networks. • Developed a revenue recognition policy for Meru Networks and managed the creation and audit of the revenue waterfalls based on SAB-104 and SOP 97-2 for the past 6 years when the Company filed S-1 in 2010. • Automated point-of-sale processing in Oracle and achieved a complete transparency of inventory movement in channel at Meru Networks. • Successfully adopted 08-1 guidance at Meru Networks prospectively. • Successfully managed integration of Terayon financials with Motorola that involved systems integrations, and consolidation/liquidation of foreign entities. • Played a leading role in Terayon restatement for three years that involved revenue restatement in compliance with SAB 104, SOP 97-2 and related pronouncements. • Successfully managed the integration of First Franklin Financial Corp and National City accounting policies and systems. • Built the corporate accounting infrastructure at GetThere, Inc. a startup acquired by Sabre, world’s largest travel reservation system. • Years of AP, AR, GL and Payroll experience: hands on as well as managerial. • Successfully implemented ERP solutions to improve reporting process and productivity. • Improved month/quarter/year end close processes.
